Know about a round before it’s announced?
A startup raising money, a launch, an acquisition, layoffs or a shutdown, a new grant or loan program in your town, a demo day worth covering? Tell us. Founders are welcome to tell us about their own news — include a link or document we can verify. An editor checks every tip before anything is published, and we never reveal who sent it.
What we won’t take
- Confidential financials, cap tables, investor updates or term sheets you aren’t allowed to share.
- Material nonpublic information about a publicly traded company.
- Other people’s personal data, private messages, salaries or customer records.
- Passwords, access tokens, source code or documents you took without permission.
- Paid promotion. If you want guaranteed coverage, publish a labeled sponsored story instead.
