Know a price before we do?
A record sale, an off-market deal, a listing before it goes public, a yacht delivery, a jet changing hands, a lot pulled from an auction, a fake on the market? Tell us — a document or a photo helps. Auction houses, brokers, makers and agents are welcome to send their own news with a link we can verify. An editor checks every tip before anything is published, and we never publish your name or contact details.
What we won’t take
- Photos that identify people who were hurt, or that show minors or anyone filmed without their permission in a private place.
- Photos taken over a wall, through a window or from a drone over someone’s home, or of a home’s security, alarms or vault.
- Anyone’s street address, phone number, where they or their yacht or jet are right now, or a private person’s finances.
- Documents you took without permission, or anything that breaks a confidentiality agreement or a client’s privacy.
- Crimes happening now. If something is being stolen or someone is in danger, call 911 or the police, not us.
- Paid promotion. If you want guaranteed coverage, publish a labeled sponsored story instead.
