Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 has Twitch Drops live, and viewers can earn free cosmetic items just by watching. Twitch Drops are in-game rewards unlocked by watching participating streams for a set amount of time.
What has been announced
Infinity Ward has launched three Twitch Drops for the game, timed to its full release on Oct. 23, according to gamesoffood.com. Sportskeeda reports the campaign started on Oct. 23, 2026 at 10 a.m. PT. German outlet xboxdynasty.de gave the same start as 19:00 German time, and said players get three cosmetic items by watching qualifying Twitch streams.
The rewards and watch times
TheGamer's guide lists the first two rewards and what each takes:
- MW4 Emblem - Gilded Ghost: watch for 20 minutes.
- MW4 Calling Card - Old Wounds: watch for 45 minutes.
The guide also lists a third reward called Going Dark. The excerpt available to CashIn Streamers cuts off before the full requirement, so check TheGamer's guide or the in-game drops page for that one.
What the sources don't say
The material we have does not list which channels qualify, when the campaign ends, or the steps for claiming. TheGamer and Sportskeeda have both published guides to the rewards, but we only had short excerpts from them. Check the official Call of Duty and Twitch pages for the rules before you start watching.
What's next
Confirm the end date and the list of qualifying streams on official channels before you start watching.
Stay safe: only enter giveaways announced on a streamer’s or platform’s official channels. Real giveaways never ask for your password, payment or crypto.
