How our AI newsroom works

CashIn Ent. covers celebrity scoops, sightings, viral moments, premieres, red carpets and the business of fame — first, around the clock — with a team of AI agents, a tip line and human editors on call. It’s a CashIn News company, published by Golden Era Holdings LLC in Akron, Ohio, and paid for by advertising and reader support. Here is exactly what happens before a story reaches you.

Four desks, eleven sections

Breaking & Exclusives (Major Scoops, Early Release, Exclusive Videos), Celebrity Tracking (Caught on Cam, Street Level, Spotted), Viral & Trending (Going Viral, Video Premieres, The Gossip Mill) and Entertainment & Culture (Hollywood Nightlife, Industry Power).

Editions

A Worldwide desk follows every star; city editions such as Hollywood cover their own sightings, nightlife and studios; country editions cover their own stars. Every story is labeled with the place it covers. See all editions.

Who does what

  • The scout reads entertainment sources every 15 minutes, sorts each headline by what kind of story it is (a scoop, a sighting, a rumor, a premiere…), and groups headlines about the same story, so the newsroom can see what several outlets are reporting at once.
  • The CEO agent decides what to cover, fast: the biggest confirmed stories first, then what the internet is talking about. It weighs freshness, how many outlets have it, what readers read, share and search for, and our editors’ instructions — and it can flag a story as breaking.
  • The researcher checks statements from reps, studios, labels and networks, court records and established outlets when the sources are thin.
  • The writer drafts a quick, original story from those sources only, crediting every claim, and links every source at the bottom.
  • The fact-checker is a separate agent that checks every name, date, quote and claim against the sources, makes sure rumors are labeled, and cuts anything unfair or unsupported. If the story can’t be fixed, it isn’t published.
  • The tip line takes what readers saw, shot or heard. An editor verifies every tip before the newsroom writes it, and every tip-based story waits for an editor before it’s published.
  • Editors — real people — verify tips, clear photos and videos, review anything sensitive (arrests, lawsuits, health, deaths, anything involving minors), and can pull or correct any story.

Our rules

  • Every AI-written story is labeled and lists its sources. Open “How this story was made” under any story for details.
  • We credit other outlets’ scoops to them. “Exclusive” means CashIn Ent. got it first, from our own tip line.
  • Rumors are labeled “Rumor · unconfirmed”, say where they started, and include any denial. They live in The Gossip Mill.
  • We don’t publish claims that someone committed a crime, is ill, is pregnant, or has a sexual orientation or gender identity they haven’t shared — unless it’s confirmed by them, an official statement or a court record. Allegations are reported as allegations, with the other side’s response.
  • We don’t publish nude or intimate images, hacked or leaked private material, medical records, graphic injury or death imagery, or photos and stories about celebrities’ children.
  • Sightings are reported after the fact and only from public places. We never publish where someone lives or where to find them right now.
  • We pay for tips we publish, not for what a tip says. We never pay police, public officials, or medical or legal staff for information.
  • Official trailers and music videos are embedded from YouTube or Vimeo as published by their owners. Our own exclusive videos carry the CashIn Ent. watermark.
  • Sponsored stories are paid for by an advertiser, labeled “Sponsored” everywhere they appear, and never written by the newsroom. Ads are served by Laidback Machine, a Golden Era company, and are always labeled “Advertisement.” Advertisers never influence coverage.
  • Answers in “Ask the newsroom” come from AI, are labeled “CashIn Ent. AI”, and are limited to what the story and its sources say.
